Welcome to p0.xyz, a frontend developed by Project 0, a Decentralized Unincorporated Nonprofit Association (DUNA) organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming (“Project 0,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of p0.xyz and any related features, content, or services (collectively, the “Service”).By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and have the full right, power, and authority to enter into these Terms.

2. Service Description

  • p0.xyz is a non-custodial software frontend that enables users to interact with decentralized, Solana-based blockchain protocols.
  • Project 0 is structured as a Wyoming Decentralized Unincorporated Nonprofit Association (DUNA). As such, it does not operate for profit and does not provide custodial, financial, or brokerage services.
  • We do not:
    • hold or control user funds,
    • manage private keys, or
    • execute transactions on your behalf.
  • You are solely responsible for managing your wallet, private keys, and digital assets.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

  • Use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Maintain sole responsibility for safeguarding your wallet, private keys, seed phrases, and credentials.
  • Not use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
  • Not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or exploit vulnerabilities in the Service.

4. Assumption of Risk

  • Blockchain transactions are irreversible and may involve significant risks, including loss of value, cyberattacks, and smart contract vulnerabilities.
  • By using the Service, you understand and accept these risks, including the possibility of total loss of digital assets.
  • You acknowledge that Project 0 has no control over the Solana network, third-party protocols, or your chosen wallet provider.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. Project 0 disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.We do not warrant that:

  • the Service will be error-free or secure,
  • transactions will be executed as intended, or
  • protocols integrated through the Service are reliable or safe.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Project 0 and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed USD $100 or the amount you paid to Project 0 in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Project 0 and its affiliates from all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may display, link to, or integrate with third-party services (e.g., wallets, analytics, or decentralized applications). Project 0 does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party services. Use of third-party services is at your sole risk.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may revise or update these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, unless otherwise resolved through binding arbitration as provided herein.

11. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Project 0 regarding the Service.
